A build-own-operate project, this fully integrated 34MW hybrid power station generates energy for Strandline’s Coburn mineral sands project in WA’s Gascoyne region.
This innovative turn-key solution comprises 12MW of solar capacity, two 2MW BESS, an 18MW high-efficiency–low-emissions gas generation plant and a 1,100kl LNG storage and regasification facility.
The power station’s solar farm will supply more than 30% of the mine site’s power, helping to reduce fossil-fuel costs and carbon emissions.
