Our commitment to reconciliation
At Pacific Energy, reconciliation is a responsibility we approach with purpose to ensure meaningful contribution. We have developed a Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and our RAP Committee will guide, implement, and monitor our commitments.
Our Innovate RAP builds on the foundations established through our Reflect RAP and represents the next step in embedding reconciliation across our business. With representatives from across Pacific Energy helping to drive and champion our initiatives, we are focused on strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, creating meaningful opportunities through employment and procurement, enhancing cultural capability across our workforce, and fostering lasting partnerships with the communities where we operate.
