OUR PATHWAY TO NET ZERO

We are committed to achieving net zero emissions across our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2040

At Pacific Energy, our purpose is to transition the world to a clean energy future.

We acknowledge the important role the energy sector plays in supporting the decarbonisation of industry and commerce across the globe.

Read our Net Zero statement to learn how we aim to address this and meet our 2040 goal.

OUR COMMITMENT TO RECONCILIATION

We’re taking reconciliation action and engaging communities

Pacific Energy is committed to reconciliation and bridging the gap with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We have developed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and we’ve established a RAP Committee, tasked with implementing and monitoring the commitments outlined in our RAP.

Over the next 12-18 months, we’ll deliver knowledge sharing opportunities and cultural awareness training and develop community engagement and procurement strategies that will bolster Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned and operated businesses. We believe these actions form the critical first steps of affirming our commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.

Our Modern Slavery Approach

We are working with our suppliers to understand the modern slavery challenges we face and how we can mitigate risks in our supply chain

Our modern slavery framework guides the actions of our people and ensures continual improvement on the issue of modern slavery. Learn more about our commitment and the steps we are taking across our operations and supply chain in our latest Modern Slavery Statement.

OUR GENDER PAY GAP EMPLOYER STATEMENT & REPORT

We're making gender equality a cornerstone of our business

We understand that the pathway to becoming Australia’s leading provider of clean energy solutions cannot be achieved without the critical participation of women across our workforce, from first year apprentices right through to our executive management and board of directors.

While we acknowledge we still have a way to go to closing our gender pay gap, we’re firmly committed to identifying and removing barriers to the participation and progression of women in our business.
