Next-generation hydrogen refuelling station for Hyundai
Pacific Energy delivered a hydrogen refuelling station for Hyundai at Macquarie Park in New South Wales, replacing the site’s existing Air Products facility.
The project scope covered the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a PDC SimpleFuel Fast hydrogen refuelling system, incorporating:
- PEM electrolyser producing up to 20kg of hydrogen per day
- High-pressure hydrogen storage at 1000 bar
- Hydrogen dispenser operating at 700 bar with T40 chiller technology
Completed in 2025, the facility supports hydrogen vehicle refuelling in Sydney and provides another proof point for the advancement of Australia’s hydrogen mobility infrastructure.
